"I have blossomed into a flower from a damaged seed you helped me to repair. I thank you with every grain and fiber I have in me. For helping me, for showing me the correct path and for caring. I hope that you continue to help kids like me, because you have a way of healing the broken. My spirit was broken far before I met you, yet you were still able to see it. You didn't just fix it, you helped ME fix it. And that's worth so much more. Thank you for everything you have given me. I appreciate it more than you could ever understand."

"You gave our daughter will power and strength. You helped her learn how to love herself and others and how to see the signs of those that can hurt her. Including at times, herself. And how not to give up on love. You are one of the brightest lit persons I have ever met. You radiate hope for us. Thank you so much for everything."

My approach to counseling is to foster a safe and supportive relationship where healing and growth can occur. I do that by being present and collaborating with you to create a plan that addresses your needs. I believe that sensing our emotions and thoughts from the inside out can help to bring greater awareness of our patterns and what is keeping us from moving forward. I teach concrete tools to help you be able to do this.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I work to help people address a wide variety of issues – depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, divorce, death, stress, anger, body image issues, relationship issues, parenting concerns, peer pressure, and life transitions.

I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation, as I believe a critical aspect of therapy is finding the right fit. Please call me at 503 680-7292 to for more information.

I accept most major health insurances. Please call to discuss fees as they vary for different services. I do offer a small discount for self-pay clients.
